The structuring continues the successful, long-term partnership between the two companies. VRM has already had its strategic focus on digital business models for several years. “Together, the two companies will consistently develop their business models and range of services,” says Philipp Mann, who will continue to play an active role in the group as managing director and shareholder.<\/p>\n
