Taking over a company involves distinct and often complex challenges. Successors assume responsibility, step into established structures, and frequently operate in a field of tension between expectations, traditions, and their own ideas.

Cadenberg* supports successors through a confidential mentoring process. At the heart of this engagement is an independent exchange on equal footing—free of vested interests and outside family or organizational roles.

The mentoring provides space to clarify the new role, prepare decisions, and gain confidence in one’s own actions. Typical topics include dealing with the predecessor or family, building acceptance within the organization, and positioning oneself as an entrepreneur.

The objective is to support individuals in consciously assuming responsibility, gaining orientation, and actively shaping the transition.
