As a financing specialist, Ms Brigitte Herrmann advises start-ups and medium-sized companies on the structuring of financing. She accompanies the entire financing process from the optimisation of pitch decks, business plans and financial planning. Ms Herrmann’s work also includes participating in our clients’ financing discussions with investors and banks, submitting applications and negotiating contracts. Due to her many years of working for a development bank, she has excellent knowledge of the development programs of the federal and state governments, including, for example, the programs currently available for companies affected by the effects of the Corona pandemic. Ms Herrmann has very good contacts to investors and banks and is a member of the board of Business Angels Rheinland-Pfalz e.V. In addition, she is involved as a mentor to company founders and is involved in several start-up initiatives.

Ms Herrmann is a banker and savings bank business economist. After working for several years as a corporate client advisor at Sparkassen in Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse, she moved to Investitions- und Strukturbank Rheinland-Pfalz (ISB) in 1993, which, among other things, focuses on financing young innovative companies with venture capital. Ms Herrmann built up this area and led a team of twelve financing specialists. Until her retirement in 2019, she positioned the ISB as “the” contact in Rhineland-Palatinate for seed and start-up financing of companies with innovative business models with an investment portfolio of around 150 companies.
