René Hain advises and represents clients in labour law, traffic law, competition law, claims management/collection and tenancy law matters.

His activities in the field of labour law range from the drafting and review of employment contracts and termination agreements to advice on warnings and dismissals and representation in proceedings before the labour courts. In traffic law, Mr. Hain is involved in the assertion of claims for damages and compensation for pain and suffering. His activities in competition law include competition law warnings with cease-and-desist declarations as well as their procedural defence or enforcement. In the area of claims management/collection, Mr. Hain advises our clients on reminders, procedural representation and enforcement. In matters of tenancy law, Mr. Hain takes over the drafting and review of tenancy agreements and notices of termination. He also represents clients in court in matters of tenancy law.

Mr. Hain studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and completed his legal traineeship in Mainz and Frankfurt a. M.; he was admitted to the bar in 2003 and has been working as an independent lawyer since then. In addition, Mr Hain worked as a speaker for a professional association in the areas of labour law, professional law, data protection law and tax law for ten years from 2003. Since 2016, Mr Hain has been the managing director of a large employers’ association in Hesse, where he represents the interests of over 1,200 member companies.

Mr Hain speaks German, English and French.
