Ingrid Kirschke supports and advises companies from a wide range of sectors on all aspects of payroll accounting and the associated accounting requirements. Due to her many years of experience, there is hardly a question in these areas with which she is not familiar. Ms Kirschke also works as a lecturer at adult education centres and passes on her experience in training courses and workshops.

Ms Kirschke completed her vocational training as a tax assistant in a tax office in Rüsselsheim. Through this training, Ms Kirschke gained comprehensive and in-depth insights into all aspects of „wages and salaries“, so that she is just as familiar with clients’ accounting questions as she is with advising the wage and salary recipients to be settled. Ms. Kirschke deepened her professional experience in the areas of financial accounting, payroll accounting, annual financial statements and tax returns in 16 years in various tax consulting offices before she changed to industry in 2001 and specialised in the area of payroll accounting.

Ms Kirschke also has knowledge of payroll accounting under Swiss and Austrian law. She successfully completed further training as an Austrian payroll accountant in 2008 at the Academy for Certified Public Accountants in Innsbruck. Afterwards, Ms Kirschke gained experience in payroll accounting for employees from various industries such as banks, management consultancy and geriatric care.

Ms Kirschke speaks German and English.
