Konstantin Eisenhauer advises and represents clients as a lawyer in general civil and criminal law with a focus on commercial law and commercial criminal law. This includes, in particular, commercial, corporate and insolvency law, contract drafting as well as defense in criminal tax matters and other criminal offenses with an economic connection (embezzlement, bankruptcy, delay in filing for insolvency, etc.).
Mr. Eisenhauer studied law at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer. After successfully passing his first state examination in law in Mainz, he completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Koblenz. During this time, he focused on criminal and corporate law, gaining practical experience with a well-known criminal defense lawyer and in a notary’s office in addition to working at the court and public prosecutor’s office. At the same time, he made significant contributions to criminal law publications.

Following his legal clerkship, Mr. Eisenhauer was admitted to the bar in August 2020. He initially worked as an independent lawyer in corporate, insolvency and criminal law and has since been working on his doctorate on a criminal procedure topic under the supervision of Professor Dr. Jörg Scheinfeld in addition to his work as a lawyer. Mr. Eisenhauer then joined Cadenberg in November 2023.
