Marcel Krieb is available to our clients as counsel on all topics relating to the determination of a company value as well as the preparation and plausibility check of business plans. Mr. Krieb focuses in particular on the business valuation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in accordance with the nationally applicable principles for the performance of business valuations (IDW S1) of the Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer in Deutschland e. V. (Institute of Public Auditors in Germany).

Mr. Krieb completed his studies in economics with a focus on Financial Markets & Institutions as well as Business Analysis and Controlling at the Justus Liebig University in Gießen. In addition, Mr. Krieb holds the only internationally recognised certification for valuation professionals, the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and is a member of the European Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (EACVA).

Mr. Krieb started his professional career at Nachfolgekontor GmbH in Gießen in the field of succession and transaction consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Mr. Krieb gained international professional experience through study internships at a medium-sized electronics company in Johannesburg, South Africa as well as at a leading international M&A consultancy in the mid-cap segment.
