Cadenberg advises owner of Future Consulting Group on company sale

Cadenberg provided comprehensive tax advice to the owners of the Future Consulting Group, which specialises in personnel services, on the sale of their shareholding in Future Consulting Gesellschaft für zukunftsorientierte Beratung in der Informationstechnologie m.b.H. and its subsidiaries. In the course of a succession arrangement, the sale was made to an investor for the strategic development of an investment group.
