Cadenberg advises Votronic owners on company sale

Cadenberg advised the owners of the electronics manufacturer Votronic Elektronik-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG on the sale of their company in all legal and tax matters. Votronic Elektronik-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG (Lauterbach) has been a specialist and market leader for mobile power supplies in motor homes, fire engines, rescue and emergency vehicles and boats for more than 30 years and supplies well-known national and international customers. In the course of a succession plan, the sale was made to the second management level (management buyout) with the participation of VR Equitypartner as financial investor.
