Holger Langer is a coach, mentor, and interim manager with more than twenty-five years of experience in leadership positions at both the strategic and operational levels. A key focus of his work lies in supporting business successions—both in strategic preparation and operational implementation. As a mentor, he supports entrepreneurs, successors, and leadership teams in successfully transferring and developing their companies. He combines his many years of management experience with strong coaching expertise that takes both human and organizational change into account.

In addition, Holger Langer supports companies during phases of restructuring, reorganization, and realignment. As a CEO and CRO, he is responsible for developing and implementing sustainable restructuring strategies as well as stabilizing companies during and after debtor-in-possession insolvency proceedings. His focus is on practical, results-oriented solutions that strengthen both economic performance and leadership effectiveness.

His expertise includes planning and executing restructuring measures, building new business units, and integrating companies after transactions. Holger Langer combines solid management experience with a holistic coaching approach that brings together both the economic and human aspects of corporate transformation processes.

From 2014 to 2025, Holger Langer worked for acta Management AG, most recently as a member of the Executive Board. In this role, he was responsible for and led a wide range of restructuring and reorganization projects in medium-sized and industrial companies. His work included the operational implementation of reorganization measures as well as the strategic support of business successions and the development of leadership teams during transformation processes.
