Entrepreneurial responsibility means making decisions under uncertainty and standing by them. At this level in particular, there is often a lack of an independent counterpart with whom to structure thoughts, reflect on decisions, and develop new perspectives.

Cadenberg* supports entrepreneurs through a confidential mentoring process. At its core is an exchange on equal footing—independent, open, and free of vested interests. The mentoring creates space for reflection, clarity, and personal positioning.

The aim is to structure entrepreneurial questions, examine courses of action, and consciously prepare decisions. This is not about providing ready-made solutions, but about orientation, sharpening one’s own perspective, and support in implementation.

The mentoring is aimed at both entrepreneurs and employed managing directors who wish to reflect on their respective roles, consciously shape responsibility, and remain capable of acting even in demanding situations.
