Jennika Heffler

VITA

Ms. Heffler advises and represents employees and employers in all areas of employment law. Her work includes drafting and reviewing employment contracts, preparing dismissals, representing clients in dismissal protection proceedings, drafting and reviewing termination agreements, advising and representing clients in negotiations on severance payments, warnings, claims for salary, vacation and continued remuneration, claims for the issue of references and issues of collective employment law.

Ms. Heffler studied law at the Johann-Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt and completed her legal clerkship at the district court in Hanau (Hesse).

She initially specialized in family law and later in employment law. Ms. Heffler gained practical experience in the field of employment law, among others – in the period from 2015 to 2022 – in a specialized law firm for employment law.

Ms. Heffler has been supporting Cadenberg in the area of employment law since September 2022.

Ms. Heffler is a member of the German Bar Association.
