Cadenberg advises Gramenz Group on structuring
Cadenberg advised Mr Roland Gramenz and the companies of his Wiesbaden-based gardening and landscaping group “Gramenz” on the development and implementation of a cross-generational succession solution in legal and tax matters. In this context, among other things, a holding structure was implemented via a partnership.
