Cadenberg advises shareholders of the Acom Group on company sale
Cadenberg provided comprehensive tax advice to the shareholders of the acom hotel group on the sale of their stake in acom Hotelbetriebs- und Verwaltungs GmbH and its subsidiaries. The subject of the transaction were existing properties operated under the acom brand in Munich and Nuremberg and a hotel property under construction in Stuttgart. The sale was made to a strategic investor who thereby further strengthened its position in the German hotel market.
